What is the age limit?

Before 6pm, anyone under 21 is welcome at Layla's if accompanied by an adult. After 6pm, 21 and up only!

Who’s playing?

Our schedule is always changing, but if you ever have a questions about who's playing on any given night, don't be a stranger and just ask! Shoot us a message on our Facebook page and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

How can my band play at Layla’s?

What’s with the license plates?

We just like 'em! We have license plates hung on our rafters from all over the states and some other countries, too! We're always looking for more, too, so bring your license plate in and we'll buy you a Budweiser and hang it up!

Is there ever a cover charge?

There is never a cover charge at ayla's. All of the musicians who work on Broadway appreciate tips from our customers instead.

Is there food?

We have a cart in front of Layla's serving up hot dogs and polish sausages with all the Chicago trimmings!

Can I host my special event at Layla’s?

We would love to host your event here! Our second floor overlooking the stage is available to rent out, plus a back patio that opens onto the famous Ryman Alley. You can also rent out the entire honky tonk -- fill out our rental form, and let's talk!
